To access your digital file(s), go to Your Account > Purchases and revie/ws and look for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. There are generally no limits on when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file at any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed.

 If you have any trouble please message me before leaving a bad review. It could possibly be a user error. 

 Digitally reselling any of these files or their parts in any format is NOT ALLOWED.

Yes, you can sell t-shirts, bags, etc, but can not sell the file itself.
