Terms and Conditions
- ALL sales are final and are not refundable.
- Personalized items are not returnable/refundable/exchangeable under any circumstances at all.
- Any item that a discount code is used on/ sale items are final sale.
- We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages due to USPS or any other mail carriers.
- It is your responsibility to contact us if your address changes prior to shipping.
- Please double check your order (sizing, monograms, etc.) prior to paying your order. We do not change sizing or add monograms once the order is paid for.
- Please check your items upon receiving them, any manufacturing defects should be reported to Four Eight and co within 3 days of receiving it.
- You have 3 days to contact us about any defected item(s). After 3 days, your item is no longer eligible for exchange.
- Refer to Return Policy
- Washed and worn items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
